This simple and effective set, gives flexibility in texture and contact surface area, making it suitable for multiple pressures points and fascia areas. You may prefer the coolness of the wood for neck release but the warmth of the cork for under foot. The acupressure stick gives deeper pinpoint stimulation and the ball a more general pressure area. As you get more accustomed to the use of the product you will intuitively start to use the piece that best suits your need.
